When I add an app to a custom page, I would like to "Choose a specific project." However, when I edit the app settings, I am only able to select from a list of "Recent Projects" and not from the full list. How can I view and select any project from my workspace?

The section of that dialog immediately below Recent Projects should let you browse all projects for which you have permission. If you're not seeing that section and the "Show Items From" checkboxes then something is amiss and I'd try a different browser and/or clearing your cache, then CA support if that fails.
