    The feature to preview and publish sneaked in with the latest patch (15.1.0.1)

    Report Project Status - CA PPM - 15.1 - CA Technologies Documentation 

    You can now preview the report as a pdf and publish, very slick!

     

    Sadly it doesn't keep the format you created, but consistency in reporting is important
