When https live invocation step, we have two mandatory things one live server and port details.. 

In my case the live server we connect is external and their endpoints looks like 

https://www.uat.uk.provide.com/identity/idfs/uru/soap-uk

how can we provide the server host and port in such cases please ?

Have you tried setting www.uat.uk.provide.com as the host and 443 for the port?  

The above URL starts with https so the logical assumption is that the external SSL port is 443.  You do not specify the remainder of the URI (e.g., /identify/idfs...") in the target host field.
