We have a process that ran and on one of the steps, the tester noticed that the Action Item went out to him but also shows "group"? Why is this happening? Never saw this before. TIA
I guess, the action item might have been assigned to a group(where your tester is also part of it) rather than resource.
Or the action item might have been assigned to a group(where your tester is not part of it) and also a resource(your tester).
Also GUESSING here a bit; but doesn't it just say "Group" when the Action Item has multiple assignees?
