I am able to save a Microsoft Project 2013 project as xml and read it in OWB, but reading an xml file from OWB in Project doesn't seem to work. Does the xml file from OWB require modification before Project will read it?
You would need the OWB to MSP converter and you could some parts.

Thank you. I have seen this thread. Unfortunately, there is not enough information there to actually find the OWB to MSP converter. Do you have a link to it?
There is no link, the files are not on a site anymore. I have them, but to not have a site where to place them.
