    Hi!, Can I update status from request using Process Automation and mark it as internal?

    Yes, Process Automation should allow for this.  

    Either through the Service Desk Web Service API, or by modifying the request in the MDB directly.  

     

    I would suggest taking this out of Process Automation and determining how to accomplish this through SOAPUI or in the MDB, then once you understand how to accomplish this change against the service desk requests, you can then determine how to best accomplish this within a Process.

    Hi, thanks for the answer, but I want the full functionality, I mean when I mark it the internal option, the notifications is not send to the final users, that is my goal.

    I am not sure I understand the request, this seems to be more service desk functionality.     Are you saying that if you use process automation to modify that value that it doesn't act the same way as if you modify that value in the Service Desk GUI?
