CA Service Management

Hi Guys

all my hardware is included as CI in the sdm would like to update or connect to the different sites of manufacturers to verify the expiration date of the warranty for example DELL is the Service Tag, HP is by Serial # is this possible, if I may so oriented as I do

You can achieve this by associating a MDR with the CI. This will place a button on the CI detail page and allow you to link to the appropriate manufacturers page. See the following link for details:
