I am using html tag in the catalog form for example bold tag to display the text in bold. In front end the tags are not seen but in mail the html tags appears . Anyone have faced same issue??
What version of Service Catalog do you have installed?
If 14.1, then it appears that our Engineering team is tracking this behavior via DE28965
If you have not already done so, please open a CA Support ticket and ask that it be associated with DE28965.
