  • 1.  Single Sign On For BOXI 4.1

    Hi,

     

    We have integrated the BOXI 4.1, SP5 BI Launch Pad for single sign on, but still we have to put in the credentials twice.

    When we put in the SSO credentials it takes me to BI Launch Pad homepage again and need to enter the credentials again to login.

     

    Please advise, what could be missing.

    For Single Sign on we have Siteminder in place.

    Are you still facing this issue?

     

    If so, I would suggest opening a CA Support ticket so that CA Support can investigate further.
