I am trying to upgrade CA PPM 14.4 from 13.2.
The process has aborted in version 14.1

I want make the upgrade from this point.

The Upgrade says that I have to use the parameters FORCE or RESUME.

    How can I todo this?

    Basically you issue

    install FORCE

But my recollection is that it is no longer supported in v 14.

What guides say roll back, fix the problem and try again.

Though I usually always try the force option in case if it worked against all odds.

    Hi Ricardo,

The resume option is no longer available starting versions 13.x. Full rollback is required prior to fixing the root cause of the error and trying the upgrade again.

The FORCE option is not supported and should not be used. The reason is that it causes issues with the data, and this is why we are planning to remove this feature. Please do not use it.

Check why your install failed in your install.log. See if you can find the solution here (search or post the error here in this thread) or in our tec articles (Google the error). We can then help you workaround the issue, after you rollback.

    I hope this helps -Nika
