    This should be available from the CA Process Automation downloads page.   For version 4.3 you are looking for:

     

    DVD07173636E.iso
    Developer Kit (CA Process Automation Solutions Suite 1.0 and CA Process Automation Connector SDK 1.0) - UPDATED 8/2016

     

    Access to this is does require a full license for Process Automation.
