    Hi Guys,

Wintel changed the server's ip address and i changed the same in the robot.cfg. I did not find anything in the hub.cfg to change so I did not changed anything.

    Kindly suggest something.

    Regards,

    Try the following:

On the remote hub, stop the Nimbus service.

On the hub which you are logged into in IM (e.g. the primary hub), stop the Nimbus service.

delete these files from both hubs:

    \nimsoft\hub\hubs.sds

    \nimsoft\hub\robot.sds

Start the main hub back up again.  At first you will not see any other hubs or robots when logging into IM but in a few minutes they will repopulate. Then start up the remote hub and it should connect and report its new IP.

Actually, thinking about this further I would try this first:

    1. open the hub GUI on the primary hub

    2. Go to the 'HUBS' tab

    3. Find and delete the hub in question which is red (right-click; remove)

    4. restart the remote hub

This may work, if not, try the above steps.
