Can we configure more than one smtp host to send email with Alarm Notification?

I don't think you can because it is restricted in the registry keys. But still check if you can add more than one exchange ip to the registry keys.

I'm assuming this is on Windows, correct?  If the out of the box mail utility won't support it, you could use something like Blat ( happy mailing : Blat online  ) and modify the scripts appropriately.  According to the syntax page, there's a command line option for specifying the SMTP server, so you could have as many as you like then.
