  • 1.  IM Upgrade to 12.6 SP8

    Hello

    A customer is trying to upgrade from 12.6 SP5 to 12.6 SP8

    After upgraded the CA Directory they launched the IM installer.

    After the first panel (in English) that show the upgrade option

     

    The second panel becomes in Italian (!!) and show FULL INSTALLATION option

     

    What happen ??? Any ideas ?

    Repeating the same process with IM 12.6.8 CR1 which is available from https://docops.ca.com/ca-identity-manager/12-6-8/EN/release-notes/release-notes-12-6-08-cr01 does not present the same problem and upgrade completed as expected
