Hi there, we have a curious behavior on our sandbox environment, we are running CA PPM 14.4, browser Chome and IE.

In the resource management. New Role

complete all the data, when click "save" or "save and return" the page reloads, and the role or the resource its not created. We are using the admin account. Also it doesn't show any error / warning message.

Any idea?

P/D: in other version like 15.1 works fine.

Hi Pablo, 

I just checked in one of my CA PPM 14.4 instance and I was able to create a new Role (Labor) in PPM. The moment I clicked on SAVE button, the SKILLS, ALLOCATIONS and other tabs appeared, which means I am landed to the Layout - Edit view of that instance. Hence please check if your Admin user has all the access rights and if the problem still exists then get in touch with CA Support. Hope that helps.

I check that, and its ok, the page reloads, and no resource or role is created. Maybe I´ll open a ticket to support.
