Service desk attachments in catalog

Hi,

 

We can view the log comment and attachments in Catalog if its attached in servicedesk, but we have service desk on advance availability where catalog is integrated with application server.

 

Since we can have the attachments configured only to background server, the servicedesk attachcments from catalog are not getting opened.

 

Question: Is their a way to sync the attachments between background and other application servers or how we can over come it.
