Sub swim lanes within activity swim lanes on Kanban board

  • 1.  Sub swim lanes within activity swim lanes on Kanban board

    Is there a way to setup 'In Progress' and 'Complete' columns within every Kanban activity (columns)  and Measure cycletime/leadtime for each object(story) for an activity?  I dont see that out of the box.  Appreciate your help --Thank you.

     

    For example:

    Question 1) Setup

                                          Core                                         Micro Service                         * * *        

                                     In Progress   Complete               In Progress Complete            

     

    Story3                            Story1                                                         Story2

     

    Story4

     

    Question 2) Cycle Time

     

    Now I would like to capture cycle time/lead time for each of those activities (Core, Micro Service...) for every story.

     

    Rally provides average Cycle time/Lead time reports for a period for all the objects but I have not seen anything at object level.
