CA Service Management

Hi All,

We have SDM installed in HA mode(1 App,1 BG,1 SB Server) and tried to implement SSO using Waffle.The tec doc we followed is TEC578799. Even if we followed all the steps mentioned in the doc ,it's not working as expected. When I am trying to open Service Desk Manager Web Client ,a popup window is coming up for credentials

In the pdm_tomcat log I only found the following:-

SLF4J: Failed to load class "org.slf4j.impl.StaticLoggerBinder".

Note: The jars mentioned in the tec doc are not available in Waffle 1.8 release. So I downloaded the mentioned  jars separately and used.

Hi Manirul,

Could you please use the older version of Waffle 1.4 or 1.5 and check the behavior.

Sometime back even i had the same problem. Using these older version help me.

Do I need to put these SDM servers in any domain and use AD?

Perhaps you should consider logging a case with Support for a proper investigation if you have not done so already...
