    Hello guys,

I can´t see the traces correlated.

I already check this thread https://communities.ca.com/thread/241735789#comments  and i have 2 questions:

    - Our application does the transaction across multiple threads, how can we fix?

    - How do i know i'm running into a TT Clamp session?

    I have attached my IntroscopeAgent.profile.

    Regards,

    Fernando

    Hi Fernando,

To correlate transactions across 2 different execution threads, we need to be able to follow some sort of unique identifier across the multiple transactions.

We are able to do that in several situations, for example if you have 2 applications talking over http, or jms, or soap to name a few.

However, we currently do not have a generic solution that would allow you to correlate transactions across 2 threads running in the same process.

If there is indeed a unique ID that is accessible in the different threads, then CA Services may be able to implement an Agent extension that would allow you to correlate them.

    Regards,

    Florian.

    Hello,

I confirmed that we dont have any agent clamped.

Now our transactions across only 1 execution thread.

But we still can't see the traces correlated

It is something wrong on IntroscopeAgent.profile?

(I have attached ours at the beginning)

    Thx,

    Fernando
