Clarity

Hi Folks,

We are using Clarity 15.1.

We have some newly created incidents, and we need to enter time against the incident. We don't want to convert the incident to task or projects. Usually there will be one Enter Time button and we can select the investment and the timeentry page appear. In 15.1 i am not able to see the button.

When i checked the timesheet page there is a button "Add Incident", but when i clicked on it the newly created incident is not listing.

I have faced this issue but clicking the "Populate" button would show up the incident. See if that works for you.
