  • 1.  CA PPM Mobile app Error: The resource you requested was not found on server

    Hi Everyone,

     

    We are getting error message 'The resource you requested was not found on server' when users are resetting their mobile app password and trying to login again.

    Have anyone faced this kind of issue? We even don't see any errors in app-ca logs.

    Hi Suman,

    We are using CA clarity Mobile Time Management app.

    We are seeing this issue on android version and also on apple versions

    I'd suggest to log a case with CA support. They can confirm is there is any related defect.
