  • 1.  Different Impact Values For Change Orders Only (SDM 12.9)

    Hello,

     

    I want to have different Impact symbols for Change Orders, but leave them as 1,2,3,4 & 5 for Request, Incident & Problem tickets.

     

    For example our Change Manager wants the following impact symbols for Change Order tickets only:

     

    1-Outage/Impact to critical service
    2-Outage/Impact during service hours
    3-Outage/Impact outside service hours
    4-No Outage/Impact to service. Production change
    5-Non-Production change

     

    Does anyone know a way to achieve this?

    I want to avoid using a custom field for impact, so as an alternative I thought I'd make a link to another webpage detailing the impact definitions we want staff to follow.

    <PDM_MACRO name=dtlDropdown hdr="<A TARGET=newwindow HREF='impactValueDefinitions.html'>Impact (Click For Value Definitions)</A>" attr=impact lookup=no>

    But now, when you hover the mouse over an impact value, the popup is showing the code of the link. Any suggestions?
