Since you have two different licenses I am assuming you have a Registry.vmoptions or RegistryService.vmoptions and a VirtualServiceEnvironment.vmoptions or VirtualServiceEnvironmentService.vmoptions. The licenses are valid.
I suggest you delete the C:\users\martin.znizek\lisatmp_7.5.1 folder and restart again.
