Clarity

We have an existing user that was added to a new task on a project.  The project is and has been open for time entry and is in flight.  The task along with its summary task(s) are open for time entry as is the resource.  The task start date is 11/28/16 (today) and the time period start date is 11/17/16.  All other tasks the resource is assigned to populate on her timesheet, but the new one does not.  Is there a job that needs to run in the background that will allow the task to populate?

If the time period is the 17th and the task does not start until the 28th then I would not expect it to appear on that timesheet?

Sorry my mistake (multi-tasking), the time period is 11/27/16 - 11/30/16.

I found the root of the problem. The project had been put on hold earlier and then was made active.  The other admin forgot to turn the project back on for time entry.
