  • 1.  Regarding the service desk form

    Hi,

     

    In the service desk incident form..While loading the columns in the service desk form.

    The columns and tables were added from the Schema designer

    We are getting the below error while we remove the column and table.

     

     

    After saving and trying to publish one column from the schema designer.

    Kindly let me know how to fix the below error.

    Hi,

    try to remove all traces of defective table using this doc : Knowledge Base Articles 

    If you need  to republish table with same name, then you need to modify additional files, useful info could be found here: Knowledge Base Articles in step 4.

    Agree, TEC1278997, should help. 

     

    The AHD04691 message would occur during pdm_publish whenever both of these are true:

    1.) the mdb database table, "wsptbl", does have an entry with the "table_name" set to "zSub_Treasury".
    2.) the mdb database table, "wspcol", does not have any entries which have the "table_name" set to "zSub_Treasury"..

     

    So the entry corresponding to "zSub_Treasury" in the "wsptbl" must be removed.  In TEC1278997, step #3 sets that up and step #6 executes it.
