I want to enable a CA Service Catalog request to deploy software through CA IT Client Automation (Formerly CA ITCM) utilizing ITPAM. How would I go about doing this?

    In ITPAM make web service calls to the Client Automation web services. For details, see Web Services Reference Overview - CA Client Automation - 14.0 - CA Technologies Documentation

    There are some examples included in our (ITASM) demo image, so feel free to reach out to somebody in your CA or partner account team as they can assist you getting access or extracting these examples.

     

    You will obviously have to associate the service offerings (in SC) with software package installation procedures (in Client Automation).
