  • 1.  color change of the ticket number

    Hi all,

     

    when a particular field is updated with a value 1 using events, i want to change the color of the ticket. Is it possible? Did any body done this?

    Hi Bindu,

    The color is only variable based on SLA Violations as far as I know.  I dont believe you can use an event to change the color.  I think this would require some custom code, or an enhancement which you can post here in the community as an "idea".
