  • 1.  Ticket details customization

    Below a ticket, there is a "+" where some information is seen. I would like to know how I can customize this. Has anyone had this experience to pass me how to proceed in the WSP.

    Going by your screen capture, the file you want to modify with WSP is list_in.htmpl. The first attribute you see once you expand the + sign, Open Date, is defined by the following line:

    <PDM_MACRO name=lsCol attr=open_date label="Open Date" startrow=yes>

    Each line following defines the display of another attribute.
