  • 1.  Export the selang policy scripts in controlminder 12.8

We are working on Controlminder 12.8v on Linux redhat 6, deployed few selang policies in enterprise management  server.

We wanted to export all the selang policies of one environment to other. So could you please suggest us the best way to work out.

    Regards,

    Vijay

Once you shut down PIM on the ENTM side, cd to the DMS__ directory and run the following command to dump the contents to a text file. dbmgr -export -l -f /tmp/lang_script

This will create the text file with an output of the DMS database where all the policies are held in PIM. Please note though that this will not identify which policies were where, but merely every policy that is deployed. For individualized processes, you can do this same command on individual endpoints and name the file correctly so you are aware which EPs have which policies.
