    Hi,

     

    Is possible create a unique view to basic users see only SLA View?

    I tried to create a short view in EEM to a Guest Users, but I see that SLA view have dependences with Incident view and Reports View... Because this I cant create a basic view to see only Service Level Management.

    Any UI changes would be considered an enhancement, but you could instead export the data via CEMExportTool and create your own report in Cognos, SAS, etc.

    Hi musma03,

    We need to restrict more tabs in CEM to our client areas see only if systems are good or not good.
    And we need to show this datas to our clients available at all time (CEMExportTool cant help us).

    Have others possibilities? Because in EEM I can do restrict a Guest user to see only Business Application but I cant restrict others tabs like Incidents and Performance Reports etc...

    To resolve our 'problem' if possible show only the tab 'Service Level Management'.

    Out Of The Box for APM, there is no way to currently do that.  As Haruhiko said, it would be an enhancement.

    This is either an enhancement, exporting the data into a new system, or using Professional Services to build a new custom system. How do you think you are going to proceed with this?

    From the  pencil symbol, pull down the menu until you see the idea symbol as shown above. Click on it, submit your idea
