Hi Sugasini,
Can you check Process Automation service is started? If yes, attach boot.log and C2o.log files
from '.C2o\Log' directory.
Thanks, Zafar
Thanks for the logs. I don't see any issue in the logs and Agent not reachable message should not prevent the console from opening.
- What is the version of PAM and JDK?
- Is this fresh a install?
Please log a support case so that we can investigate this further.
Zafar
Thanks Zafar,
PAM Version: 4.3 HF01
java version "1.7.0_79"
Yes, Installed recently.

Sugasini M
You will need to review the startup portion of the c2o.log file. A simple way to do this would be to increase the logging level to INFO per the knowledge document TEC575522 Increase logging levels, file size and rollover for PAM logs
Then stop the Orchestrator, backup or simply delete the \pam\server\c2o\log\c2o.log file so a fresh one will be generated, then start the service.
After ~5 minutes check the c2o.log reading from the top.
Please feel free to open a support case for assistance reviewing the logs.
