We are planning to upgrade to UIM version 8.47.
Our client is asking for a rollback plan.
Could you let me know how exactly will a rollback from 8.2 to 7.5 work? Because both the database / application schema is most likely to be different from each other (NMS-UIM).
I wonder will it work by simply moving old Nimsoft files and restart of Nimsoft services?
I understand that Rollback from 8.47 to 8.2 will be easy and possible as they are versions based on the same updated UIM schema. Please suggest.
