  • 1.  Resources are unable to view the current timesheet

    Some of our users aren't able to view their timesheets within Clarity.  The current timesheet period doesn't show within their "My Timesheet portlet"; nor does it show when they access then filter on the time sheet page.  Some users will see the TMA-0124 error.  Has anyone experienced this issue before?

    You can check a few things ;

     

    Are they open for timeentry / with track mode set to Clarity / have a start date earlier than today (or null) / have a termination date after today (or null) / allocated to any projects / allocated to any projects that are open for time entry / with a track mode set to Clarity
