  • 1.  Iteration status shows nan of nan points

    In Track-> Interation Status, the Planned Velocity donut graph has "nan of nan points" showing under the graph, like the screen snip below.

    This is not just due to being overloaded (>100%). I have other examples where it's over 100% and shows the points.

    Anyone else see this?  Any way to fix it?

    Cathrin, I have definitely not seen that before and am unsure how that could even happen! I recommend submitting a support case so we can look further into it!

    Hi John,

    Thanks. Now, I went round and round on the various support web sites and failed to get to a "submit a new case" screen. Would appreciate a pointer.

    Well that's no good! Take a look at Contact CA Support - CA Technologies  - that should get you started. If all else fails, just call the support number and they'll get the ticket in for you.

    It looks like our support engineer will probably be opening a defect on this and has reached out to you via the case. Thanks for getting that submitted!
