We created a customized Kanban Board that is based upon a custom field. Each of the columns represents one of these Statuses. This view is available to everyone assigned to our Project.

I used the Show on Card feature to display some custom (user added) fields to the cards on my Board.

When one of the other project members pulls up the customized Kanban Board, he doesn’t see the fields that I added on his cards. Is there a way to add these fields to the cards as a default so they are also shared with everyone assigned to the project?

Yes. To share the same view to multiple projects create and save the view that you want to share with other projects. You can also share this with entire workspace.

To create and save view use the drop down beside show on card controls. for more details Kanban Board | CA Agile Central Help - saved and shared views.

When you are on different project to get this view select the saved view.
