    I'm interested in hearing your experiences and/or methodologies used for monitoring Cisco Unified Contact Center using CA tools.  Have you done SNMP monitoring with PM?  If so, what kind of challenges did you face creating the vendor cert and metric families?  Or did you just go straight for CA UCM?  We have a group in the company that is currently looking at Cisco's monitoring solution for UCC, which is great, but I'd like to leverage as much integration in our tools as possible so the more we can do with IM/Spectrum the better.  Thanks in advance for your insights.
