CA Service Management Mobile App show internal flag comments

    Hello everyone!

     

    In my CA Service Desk 12.9 installation have Customers/Employee profiles has enabled. In the version web these profiles the internal flag comments don't show.

     

    In CA Service Management Mobile App the internal flag comments show.

     

    How configure the app to this or this is a app bug?

    Can you tell us what version of the mobile app you are currently using and on what device?

    Mobile App version is 3.1.10 and the Device is a Samsung Galaxy S6.

    this is the bug usrd2980. the fix has been included in 14.1.02

    In the page CA Service Desk Manager r12.9 - Upcoming First Cumulative Patch, not exists USRD2980 bug or internal flag comments mention.

    We have a basic cum1 applied in environment.

    Have you a link to correction USRD2980 bug in the 12.9?

    With this, I believe there is no fix for version 12.9.

    I do not believe there is a testfix for this based on what I've seen so far.  Please raise a support case for this for the pursual of a 12.9 testfix for USRD2980 Problem.

    After engaging Engineering team, a testfix was back ported to SDM 12.9 for this issue - T6EE226.

     

    Case resolved.
