  • 1.  Where can VNA be downloaded?

    Posted Dec 18, 2016 11:05 AM

    Hi everyone,

    I can't find VNA within the Download Center. Nor do I see the product listed under the "Release and Support Lifecycle Dates" portal.

    Can someone point me in the right direction?

    I think VNA can be downloaded from " Download Center" in Support Portal only, but you would need to have the license entitlement for VNA to see it listed under  Download Center for you to download it

    Hi Doron,

    If you do have license entitlement to VNA, then to download it you would;

    1. Login to support.ca.com as normal

    1. Navigate to;

    Download Centre -> Products

    1. Populate the fields with;

    Select a Product       = CA Virtual Network Assurance - MULTI-PLATFORM

    Select a Release       = 2.0

    Select a Gen level     = 0

    Show me published solutions for this release (checked)

    Click on 'Go'

    1. When the Downloads page appears, download;

    CA Virtual Network Assurance 2.0.txe

    GEN10100433E.txe

    Hi Nayanthara,

    We don't have a readily downloadable trial version. However, you can speak with your CA (now Broadcom) Customer Representative who can assess your needs and provide you with the appropriate license.

    Hi Mohammed ,

    Thank you for the information.

    Could you please tell how the CA NFA integrates with the Viptela SD WAN platform ? Is it like CA does an API call to the Viptela controller to get 100% or CA should still be able to poll the Vipetla Edge router directly ?
