  • 1.  Problem with Announcements in USS

    I created an Announcement in SDM that is configured for a specific location.

    Inside SDM interface it works ok only being showed for users of that specific location.

    But If the user logs in USS interface, the announcement is showed for all users, even for users for other locations not configured in the announcement.

    This seems to be a defect with the SDM SOAP Web Services Policy in my point of view. Please raise a support case for this for engagement with our engineering team.
