  • 1.  Can the administrator  configure some users notification setting

    Hi all

    I want configure some user notification Settings.I know that the following notification of management can set all people,and account settings can set yourself.I want to configure some users notification setting,Is this ok?

     

    Any ideas?

    Sender,

     

    As you stated there are really only two types of notification settings, universal settings that applying to everybody and the settings that are specified on each contact record (what type of notification they will receive under certain circumstances). There isn't much else. Is there something particular that you are looking to configure?

    Thank you for the response.Now we finished it by the database,it is the production system, so before that, we did not want to modify the database to complete it.

    Hi Sender,

     

    If you create a Message Rule and associate it to a specific message template, it may be acheivable. A similar question was posted previously.
