  • 1.  How to create Contact Type as a group?

    I would like to create a Contact Type that will behave as a group. By default, when you create a Contact Type, it is created as if it were a "cnt" and I want to create it as a "grp".

    Hi Guillermo - Unfortunately out of the box I dont believe that can be done at this point.  This would be considered an enhancement to the product.  For this I would recommend posting your business case here on the community as an "idea" and folks can vote for it, and it will be reviewed by product management for possible inclusion in future releases.

    Hi James,

    I'm trying to create two "types" group, to be able to differentiate between the "original type" group and the custom group.

    This differentiation will allow me to filter and work with two groups indistinctly.
