CA Service Management

Hi All,

     We have a requirement to user different currency type for the different services.

  Suppose we have 1 service for US then the cost should display in dollar. Similarly if the service is for UK then cost should be displayed in pound.

 Is it possible in Service catalog.

Hi Vikash,

The currency type is defined on the business unit level, so you can create different BU's for US/UK offerings.

I wanted to know where we have option to set the type of currency. In the link you have given its for how to set up business units. With out creating business units is there no other way to do this??
