    Hi Team,

    Issue 1: While doing DB installation on DB server using Cloud_Insight_Server_8.3.5.exe , setup ask for TNS_ADMIN environmental variable value

    for oracle home.

    But there is no value for selection.

    I have manually created  EV for TNS_ADMIN still not getting any value.

    TNS_ADMIN=D:\oracleadmin\product\12.1.0\dbhome_1

    Issue 2:- when i tried to install DB manually on DB server using start_parameter.ini by main.bat having below parameter

    [DataBaseDetailes]
    OBLICORE_ROOT=D:\oblicore
    DB_NAME=oblicore
    ORACLE_HOME=D:\oracleadmin\product\12.1.0\dbhome_1
    SYS_PASS=Password123
    OBLICORE_USER=oblicore
    OBLICORE_PASS=Password1234
    OBLIDBADMIN_PASS=Password123
    DB_CHARSET=utf8
    DB_SYNONYM=public

    i am getting below error message for DB creation failure

    Invalid template file "D:\OBLICORE_ROOT\InstallDB\Build_DB\oblicore.dbt". The template data is not in the expected format.
    The specified shared pool size or SGA size "80MB" does not meet the recommended minimum size requirement "331MB". This will make database creation fail. Do you want to continue?
    The provided password for account SYSTEM is one of the keywords and that is not recommended.

    Unique database identifier check passed.

    File Validations Successful.

    Please help to resolve this issue.

    If you're not seeing an entry for the TNS, then I suspect either the wrong Oracle Client is installed, or the configuration has an error in it. The details for setting it up are in the DocOps site here:

    Configure Oracle Network - CA Business Service Insight - 8.3.5 - CA Technologies Documentation

    thanks
