    Is it possible to send notification mails with high importance?

    Hi Utku,

    At this time we dont have that capability within the product.  That would be an enhancement which you can post here on the community as an idea.

    Utku, as Jon pointed out currently SDM does not have this feature.

    what you could do to mimic high important is to customize the high importance email subject to add something like "High Importance..."
