Hi Also try running XPSExplorer, but got the below error:

Dsadm utility is not available in our environment.

Could you please suggest some other way to re indexing.

When you say "not available", is this due to permissions reasons? Otherwise it should be located in the OID <install path>/bin. Without it, I am not aware of any other method to perform various tasks like indexing, cert management etc.

It might be possible that Oracle can suggest an alternative.
