  • 1.  How to configure SLA or SLM in UIM?

    Hi all,

     

    Is there any way or document which showcase all the steps to configure the reports in CA UIM?

     

    I can't see any report configured in our environment. When i click on SLM in UMP, it does not show anything. Not sure if i need to configure SLM for this. My objective is to get some reports of alerts and QoS from UMP.

    so before SLA reports can be created you need to create SLA and SLO to be monitored.

    Once this is done then you can use the SLA reports to look at this information.

    if you see nothing when going to the page for this the portlet may have been removed and you may need to add it back.
