So if you are using an Oracle back end you should not install the Oracle client on the primary hub.
The Oracle client is not needed to be installed for the uim primary hub if using an Oracle back end as it installs an instant client.
The oracle probe ca not use the instant client but requires the full oracle client.
You will need to install the full Oracle client on the robot with the Oracle probe that supports the target databse and that the bit level matches the os bit level where the client is being installed..

You would need to install the oracle probe on the local robot on the db server.
Then configure the probe to point to the oracle client for the database
and configure the robot environment.
Below are some trouble shooting KB articles.
Need to make sure the oracle client Bit level matches the os.
We do not support using 32 bit oracle client on 64 bit OS to make connection and it must be the full client not the instance client.
