Clarity

  • 1.  Unable to Mark Template for Deletion

    Hi All,

     

    We wanted to mark a template for deletion and i get the following error when i mark it for deletion:

    "BPM-0200: The object being deleted is associated with an unfinished process instance"

    But when i check for the initiated processes, i don't see any running or error processes associated with the template.

     

    Could anybody suggest where else can i check for the running process instance.

    Hi Anusha,

     

    Can you provide some error logs from bg log, Also see if the primary process is associated with some child process.

    Thank you for the information.

    I have stopped the instances of the primary process and child process.

    But is there anyway to confirm from DB or logs.

    Hi Anusha,

     

    I believe you want to see the process status in database right, then you can check in  BPM_RUN_PROCESSES to see the process status.

    I would want to find the processes with is avoiding the template to be marked for deletion.

    Hi Anusha,

     

    You can get that by putting trace on the job(com.niku.njs) and then you can take a look at the trace which can help.
