CA Service Management

  • 1.  CA login issue

    Hi team,

     

    We are unable to login to CA. Suddenly the issue occurrs  and i can see the message as below.

     

    FYI- All CA services are working fine

     

    POP3 Mail: Failed to connect to pop3.hvwan.net at port 110. Error (6) Connection refused
    01/01 10:37:50.09 SW00569.global pdm_maileater_nxd 1044 ERROR pdm_maileater_nxd.c 8132 Failed to connect to pop3.hvwan.net at port 110.
    01/01 10:37:50.09 SW00569.global pdm_maileater_nxd 1044 ERROR pdm_maileater_nxd.c 4852 Mailbox 400002 (system.CAmonitor.it.servicedesk.global@pop3.hvwan.net/Inbox) produced error during Mail Poll.

     

    Could you please help me...

    Hi Madhavi, the error you posted is specifically for "maileater" and is not related to a login issue.   You mentioned that you cant log into SDM- can you clarify as to what happens when you try to hit the SDM url?  Do you get a login screen or do you get an error?
