DX Unified Infrastructure Management

Hi 

We are trying to upgrade default JRE(1.7.0_80) of UIM 8.4 to JRE (1.7.0_85) by deploying "java_jre-1.7.3" package. I see after deployment Admin console is not opening.

Note: in our environment we have enabled https on ump. also admin console is accessible over https (self signed certificate).

Can you please suggest what could be the issue. 

I followed below steps

1. Stopped Nimsoft Service on Hub

2. Delete JRE folder in Nimsoft Installation directory.

3. Start Nimsoft Service.

4. deploy Java_Jre 1.7.3 package

5. Restart Nimsoft service.

I see below errors in service_host log.

it would probably be best to open a support case

You can try adding a PATH = <BLANK>

in the controller environment

Check the bin and lib directory file sizes for the java JRE some times antivirus can cause a problem with deployment of jre
